Dear parents, This week, we managed to complete the following lessons and units: Journeys : We completed Lesson 5, "The Comedian" Grammar : We completed Unit 3 "Adjectives of quantity" Science : We completed Unit 15 “  Physical & Chemical Changes  “ Math : Ch 3. L 2: Division of Whole Numbers by Decimals   p54 (a, b, c, d); p55 (a, b, c, d) p56-58 all Novels : “Lost and Found”, “The One and Only Ivan”. Students will take lesson 5 Spelling-Vocab and grammar Unit 3 quizzes on Monday, October 2. Furthermore, check the two  quizzes  I post here for  science units 14-15. Dear parents, This week, we managed to complete the following lessons and units: Journeys : We completed Lesson 4, "On Duffield Street" Grammar : We completed Unit 2, "Articles / Nouns" Creative Writing: “W.I.Gs” Science : We started Unit 15 “ Physical & Chemical Changes “ Math : Ch 3. L 1: Division by 2-digit Whole Numbers       p47 (e, f, g, h); p48-50 all Novels : “Lost and Found”, “The One and Only Ivan”. Students took lesson 4 Spelling-Vocab and grammar Unit 2 quizzes! In the CB you will find the “Test Scope” for the first English Exam!

L 1: Division of Fractions by Fractions      p23-27 all Novels : “Lost and Found”, “The One and Only Ivan”.

Creative Writing: “My Summer Vacation” Science: We started Unit 14 “  Materials & their properties  “ Math: Chapter 1, "Algebraic Equations," pages 12-20. Novels: “Lost and Found”, “The One and Only Ivan”.

  Dear parents, It is a great pleasure to teach your children this year. During the first week, we dedicated enough time to orienting the students and ensuring they felt comfortable. I also explained to them the fundamental aspects of grade 6. This week, we managed to start or complete the following lessons and units: Journeys : We completed Lesson 1, "Song for the Whales." Grammar : We began Unit 1, "Present Simple & Present Progressive." Math : Chapter 1, "Algebraic Equations," pages 1-11. The students had fun and adapted to the new environment quickly.
